This video is so cool.....IU is one of my favorites korean singers,...this video is about the drama Dream High, and this scene is when she got sick. The video is really romantic because her friend the one she liked went to see her in the hospital. She liked so much that guy that she went into a diet ,and lost 200 pounds, and consequetly of this she got weeker and sick, and that is why she was in the hospital.
